Heather’s classes are born out of a deep passion for music, movement and sisterhood. In her at home studio, she offers a 60-minute Rhythms and Flow class 3x per week. Her class blends yoga flow, low impact cardio, strength training, and guided breath work into a music-driven workout that will bring you into a state of bliss. Based on the mat with light to medium weights, the result is a stronger body, calmer mind, and a greater sense of community.

Music has always been Heather’s true north. In a former life, she was undoubtably a DJ. In this life, she is a wife, mama, loyal friend, island girl and yoga instructor. Born and raised in Oregon, with roots in Park City, Utah, she has called Maui, Hawaii home since 2001.

For a short time, she lived on the Big Island where she first came across a style of yoga that focused on a vigorous flow, stretching and muscle sculpting set to pumping music. Let’s just say it wasn’t your typical yoga class. Heather resinated instantly with the style and pulse of the class and that was the beginning of her yoga journey—one that led her to pursue multiple teacher trainings in different modalities.

She developed her own style of yoga and offers her Rhythms and Flows class from her home studio in Kaanapali, Maui. It is a yoga that feels authentic to who she is—a style that combines vinyasa flow, low impact cardio, strength training and breath work. Ultimately, her class will bring you into the present moment with music, movement and breath.
